For the purpose of the policy, site is refered to as https://satykdesign-ai.com and https://satykdesign.studio.
This Sales and/or Subscription Agreement sets out the conditions of each sale on the Site. This contract of sale/subscription registered for and/or paid for via the Site is considered as a legal agreement between the purchaser/subscriber and an any authorized third-party supplier of Satyk Design Ltd.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy as well as the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy and/or in this Agreement.
Contract of Sale
Satyk Design Ltd. must receive full payment for the digital product(s)/subcription before the order can be processed. Once payment has been received, we will provide confirmation of your order on the website and/or via email provided. Confirmation of the order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and the supplier. The sale of goods/service will be considered completed thereafter.
Price
The website will set out the cost related to the purchase of the product in the payment section of the web portal. In some circumstances, the price may include tax and shipping cost. In cases where the shipping cost is not included you will be notified at check-out or stated in terms of total sales price.
Delivery Service
To aid the timely correct delivery of good/service, customers will be expected to ensure the email address provided are accurate.

The sale of good/service is considered complete when goods have been received. Once digital product or access to service delivered, risk liability is transferred to you, and Satyk Design Limited will not be liable for loss or misuse.
Cancellation of Order
Goods procured via the website from a supplier may be canceled at any time up to twenty-four (24) hours after being ordered without providing any reason for cancellation. However, in the event the good(s) was delivered, cancellation may not be possible. Additionally, cancellation may not be possible under the following condition:
- Where the goods in question are made to the consumer’s specifications, that is, a personalized purchase. Understandably, it would be difficult to cancel such an order once it is processed.
- Any other reasonable reason not stated herein.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible or within 30 days of your cancellation notice, as per the cancellation section above.
Liability
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, there will be no liability to you once notification is sent in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of the delivery of the goods in question. In such case, you may elect to have the supplier:
- make good any shortage or non-delivery
- replace any goods that are damaged or defective
- refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will have any liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement for any: (i) lost revenues, profits, savings or goodwill; or (ii) indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, in relation to the non-delivery or untimely delivery of goods or untimely address of the notification, other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Additional Terms of Agreement Terms
You will be required to adhere to all applicable regulations and legislation, including (if applicable) obtaining all necessary customs, export or other permits related to shipment of goods purchase on satykdesign-ai.com. The exportation of certain of our goods may be prohibited by some national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of those export of the goods you have purchased.
Notwithstanding the details contained in this agreement, there may be other terms contained in the FAQ that have not been detailed herein and would be considered part of this contract.
